You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.
You will need to provide valid credit or debit card details with sufficient funds to secure your reservation. Haley's Hotel accepts Visa or Mastercard or debit cards (no AMEX accepted). Bookings made with expired cards or insufficient funds will be automatically cancelled.
You must not exceed the maximum occupancy for the room allocated to you. Your room will be allocated at Haley's main building or Bedford House building.
Children under 16 are not permitted to stay in Haley's Hotel unless a parent or guardian is also staying in the hotel.
We do not accept large group bookings such as Stag or Hen parties, either booked together or separately.
Cancellation Policy:
DIRECT BOOKINGS ONLY: If you need to cancel your booking you must inform the Hotel reception by 2pm before the day of arrival otherwise the full price of the room will be charged.If you decide to shorten your stay (direct bookings only) you must inform the Hotel Reception by 2pm before the day you wish to check out. Otherwise, you will be charged a cancellation charge equivalent to one-night accommodation.
Check in time : from 2pm, Check out time: by 11am
Bookings made via 3rd party such as Booking.com/Expedia/Hotels.com cannot be cancelled or modified by Haley's Hotel.
You must NOT:
*Smoke anywhere inside the premises. This includes the smoking of e-cigarettes. Smoking in a hotel bedroom will result in a £50 fine.
*Bring any potentially dangerous or hazardous materials or equipment onto the hotel premises.
*Use any electrical appliances that may set off the fire alarm system, such as toasters, mini cookers, or portable grills.
*Tamper with any fire alarms or emergency equipment.
*Remove, damage, or destroy Haley's Hotel property.
*Cause unreasonable disturbance to our other guests or Haley's Hotel staff.
If you or your group cause damage or loss of any kind to the hotel, other guests, or their property, you (as the person making the booking) will be responsible for that damage or loss and you shall be liable to pay Haley's Hotel the amount required to make good or remedy such damage or loss.
If you or your group cause damage to the hotel, other guests, or their property. or otherwise, breach any of these terms and conditions, Haley's Hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation with immediate effect and eject you from the hotel premises, retain all sums paid by you and/or charge you the full amount of your reservation and/or refuse future reservations from you. Haley's Hotel will not be liable for any refund or compensation in such circumstances.
