Excellent service on arrival and during our stay. Our only problem — the stairs!!However we were advised to ask for specific rooms on ground floor for future stays so will definitely be doing that and reallyhope to stay again soon.Many thanks for looking after us so well - M
This was my third stay at Hayley's, so you can tell I am very happy to stay here.Handy location for my needs (visiting relatives) close to a range of decent restaurants, easy parking, friendly and welcoming staff.Rooms have everything you need - warm and comfortable. Cost is competitive - I completely expect that next time I visit Leeds I will be staying there again - first choice. - Rachel D
